Facing issue with product category importing

    Hello Team,

    I have installed below plugin with our WordPress website: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bigcommerce/

    Then I have configured with our live bigcommerce store account.

    Then I have synchronized, and All products with category imported successfully with our website from our configured bigcommerce account.

    After that, I have been facing below issue with category description area:

    On our bigcommerce store in every category description section, I have used HTML structure with text as well as image.

    But after synchronizing with our website I am seeing that in our website category description section only available as plain text, No any image or any type HTML structure which one is available in our bigcommerce store in the same category.

    Can you please help me?

    Hi Laxman, I’m sorry that you haven’t had an answer sooner, I didn’t see your post.

    Could you tell me the URL of a page where I can see the issue?

    To be clear, this is the area in WordPress where you would go to edit a term, and there’s a description textarea?
