Facebook/Twitter share button for specific content on a page?

I didn’t find this information in the forums. If I missed it, please forgive me and include a link to the relevant post.

I have set up a page in WordPress that has a table of pictures and text. Each row has a combination of a picture and text (e.g. column 1 = picture, column 2 = text) and in a third column, I would like to include a share button to share the content in that row on Facebook or Twitter.

For example, in row 1 let’s say we have the following:
Column 1: Picture of cat playing with yarn
Column 2: Text: “I love this picture of a cat. http://somelink.com/somewhere”
Column 3: Button for FB share and Button for Twitter share

When the FB share button is pressed, I want to post the picture and text to the user’s Facebook timeline. If the Twitter share button is pressed, I want to post the picture and text to the user’s twitter timeline.

I will have 10-15 rows of picture/text combinations on a single WordPress page. And each row will have it’s own share button. Note that I do NOT want to link back to the WordPress page itself.

I am using this to help other people share messages related to our brand on social media. It’s almost like a library of ready-to-go posts and tweets.

Is there a plugin that will let me do this? All I have found is a plugin that shares a specific page or post.
