Facebook/Twitter Posts no longer display the shortcode links

When I make a new post. I normally save the draft. When I do that, the shortcode automatically appears in the Publicize section of the post. It now has stopped. Also I will add it manually when I click get shortcode. when it publishes, Facebook will have the long ugly link in the body of the post.

Twitter now posts the short code, the youtube link (if one) and the long ugly link. I have to manually edit each page. Its a pain. The short links still work and direct to the correct posts. They are just not posting correctly. Thanks in advance for the help.
