    Hello @xamtur,

    As we have told all of our plugin customer Facebook as Disabled Event API for all users so plugin will not work till they enable back. You can read about it here

    Plugin was working fine but as API is no longer there it will not work till API is back and we keeping close watch on FB, as soon as they reopen we will get plugin working.

    We feel it will be unfair to rate plugin due issue at Facebook End. Please reconsider your review.

    Hi @mortetm,

    Please create separate topic for query. Facebook has modified whole process of event data also depraciated some entry point and all access required approval from Facebook before accessing data which is taking too much time to getting approval.

    Here is detailed post from facebook itself. No plugin/company are yet able to get approval for getting event data.

    We are keeping close watch on same.
