Facebook – Woocommerce connection gone

I don’t really know what the Facebook – Woocommerce connection is for and how it works, I’ve just been clicking on the things the interfaces told me to click on 🙂 But I noticed something has changed. Previously there was a connection and when I posted messages on my Facebook page it recognised my pixel (not even sure what that is, sorry..). But now there seems to be an update and it is no longer connected. I have a message saying I need to update, but when I click it, I get a message on Facebook that I need to enable apps, which I don’t want to do because of the privacy problems we’ve been seeing.
How do I get it back the way it was?
