Facebook Tab for people who "liked" it

    Hello, first I want to say just how amazing this plugin is! I have been using it for a while now and can’t see to figure out how to create a page for people who haven’t like my page and a page for those who have liked it. i know from reading that facebook changed there policy however not sure if it’s still possible, am I doing it wrong or is it just because FB doesn’t allow that any more?
