 * Hi there,
    I sell badges in 2 sizes – small and medium which work perfectly on
   my woocommerce. However they are showing as 2 separate products in my Facebook
   shop. My friends shop sell one product with all the variables … what am I doing
   wrong ? I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times 🙁
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ffacebook-sync-variable%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@badgesonboard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/badgesonboard/). What
   is the URL where I can see the products in your WooCommerce store? Is your product
   a variable product with the variations syncing to Facebook?

 * Hi [@badgesonboard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/badgesonboard/)
 * Variations should be grouped within Facebook. Do all of the variations appear
   this way or only a few?
 * If many, it’s likely another plugin or the active theme causing a code conflict.

 * In that case, a conflict test is the best way forward. You can read more about
   these kinds of tests here: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)

   The best way to determine this is to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Facebook plugin
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you
   can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting
   companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does
   not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging
   site with a few button clicks: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging).
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by
   one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. [You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)`
