When I’m “tagging” products on facebook some products are populating twice. When we added SKUs about 6 months ago we did not add it as a new item we just added a SKU to the existing product. I’m not sure why it would have synced to our facebook/meta stores twice like this… Do you have any idea why? Is there a way to sort of “resync” all of the online products to facebook? I see products we no longer offer also on our facebook…see next concern. * 2. There are quite a few products that are showing up that don’t have. When I try to delete them from the Facebook catalog, it won’t let me because it needs to be done through woocommerce, but they aren’t on woocommerce anymore. If it is duplicated again, please let us know. * If it is not duplicated, you will need to do the same with the rest of the products( re-sync). * Please navigate under _Marketing > Facebook > Debug_. Make sure debug is enabled. The issue is that they are only duplicated on Facebook and only listed once in the product catalog. So we can not remove one of the products that are duplicated since they’re only showing up once in our product catalog.
