Facebook sharing image and description different from what is shown in the debug

Hello

I am using the plugin on my wordress website. My problem now is that facebook is sharing different Image, title and description I provided with Yoast. After I debug the page to be shared it shows me the correct image, title and description, it also shows me the correct content on the share page on facebook. But when I actually share it the image, title and description shared if from the previous one. Basically facebookis not refreshing its catch even after a debug.

Any one have any solution for me.
