    Hi,

    When I want to share the wishlist on Facebook, it gives a description of:

    Wishlist My Wishlist with ‘company name’ Product Price Stock Status No products have been added to your wishlist

    All in one sentence, without , or . in it.

    Is it possible to change this, or troubleshoot? Else it’s quite useless to have the Facebook sharing, and 90% of our customers only use Facebook.

    Hi pieterclaesen,

    I’m sorry but some feature previously available with facebook sharer.php are not supported anymore

    Anyway, you can change facebook output simply setting og-meta for wihslist page.

    Many plugins lets you customize og-tags, but I would suggest you Yoast SEO: it is a great free plugin that perfectly suits your needs.

    Hi,

    I changed the meta with Yoast, but I stil have the same issue after 2 days.
    I’m testing this on a staging server, where search engines do not index this test site. Is it possible this might cause the ‘error’? Would it change on a live website which gets indexed?

    I’d really need this fixed :).

    Hi again pieterclaesen,

    can you please try to check your page with the FB developer tool, to see if correct og meta are parsed?

    From this page you can also clear FB cache, to ensure og meta are up-to-date

    Many themes has option to print their own og-meta, and FB will refuse duplicated og, retrieving default page information

    Additionaly, can you please share with us a link where I can check the problem?
