    Hello,
    Thanks for this plugin, which was working pretty well until now. I’ve just realized that the facebook shares on the following post are gone http://canadaimmigrants.com/canada-immigration-by-source-country-2015/. It had over 300 shares, and the problem is that this post showed on the homepage and attracted lots of traffic.. so it was pretty good for SEO purposes.
    Any idea why this happened?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for writing in.

    Have you cleared the cache of the share counts and checked? If you haven’t done that please clear the cache of the share counts from plugin’s backend settings.

    Also, have you configured your facebook APP for the share counts? If not we recommend to configure it so that it will return the correct share counts.

    Please let us know the results.

    Hi, my cache was disabled so it could not have been the cache. Yes, I’ve had the facebook app for a while now. Plugin was working great until yesterday when the facebook counts reverted to zero. But, this morning’s update fixed the problem so many thanks for the fast action! Really appreciated.

    Thank you Access Key. Facebook shares are showing again.

    @access-keys – Having the same problem with AccessPress Social Pro v1.3.0. any idea when a new release will be available with the FB shares count bug fix?

    We have already submitted the pro plugin with these bug fixes but it will take some time to approve our update. So it should be available soon.
