Facebook share count not included in total shares

    Hi 🙂

    The plugin works great with the exception of the Facebook share counts not being included in the total share count. I’ve done everything I can think of to try and fix this, but must have missed something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    Hi Jen,

    You just need to update the plugin to latest version. After that clear share counts cache from Miscellaneous section at social share options page. If you still face the issue, drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com so that I can help you out.
