Happening on all of my sites that I am using the plugin on.
I’m working on sorting this out for a client, I’ll let you guys know what I figure out.
Facebook has significantly changed their API. The only plugin that I believe is working now is the official Facebook plugin. Facebook now requires EACH individual app be approved for EACH author on your site. That means you must go through the entire approval process if you add an additional author on your wordpress site.
Another issue is that Facebook REQUIRES that your website communicate with them over HTTPS.

What sometimes works for me is that I go to the plugin settings and just re-save the settings. Then Edit the post and Save(Publish to Facebook still checked) and the post appears in my Facebook wall.
does it mean if my site does not go https I can not use any of facebook plugins even ignoring ssl sertificate?
Facebook official plugin is useless. It doesn’t publish old posts and it publishes the new posts in your timeline as well.
