Facebook Recommendations widget doesn't obey border color

    This just recently started happening. All of the other widgets work just fine. The Facebook Recommendations widget, though, always has a border now, regardless of what color it’s set to in the widget.

    I’ve currently got it set to white (#ffffff) in the backend, if you visit my site (http://chicagophoenix.com) and scroll down the right column, you’ll see the widget is displaying a blue border.

    I’m having the same problem but I’m not using this plugin so it’s probably just a Facebook Developer problem. I have the div attribute set to – data-border-color=”#ffffff” – It works on the Recent Activity but not recommendations.

    I went to developer.facebook.com and checked out the social plugin. It appears they’ve removed the option to select a border color. It isn’t in the settings anymore.

    Because that hideous blue line fits into everyone’s site design.

    I’m also having the same problem. Any workarounds?

    None yet, it was acknowledged as a bug on Facebook Dev, but that was a month ago and nothing yet.
