    Hi danielkn,

Bear in mind that item group id’s are only added to the feed for product variations as the item group id is referencing to the product ID of the parent variable product. So simple products do not have an item group id and are therefore also not in the feed.

Your product variations should have the item group id filled with the field mapping you created.

ok, but what exactly do I have to enter in Product Group ID so that this value is also filled in on Facebook?

Because no matter what I do, if there are no product group IDs inside Facebook, the ads will not be shown

With the field mapping you created, this one:

All your variations should automatically get an Item Group ID in the feed. Did you check the feed if that’s happening?

Simple products really don’t need an Item Group ID in Facebook (which also makes sense as simple products can’t be grouped).

@supportadtribes Thanks for the great support but please lose the signature. That’s prohibited in these forums as it’s been horribly abused in the past by others.

Yes, bad people ruin it for others. Please refrain from that.
