Facebook posts wrong article

Hello,

I’m having a new issue that I’ve never experienced before with WordPress. I would post an article and once it’s posted, I’d copy the permalink to post it onto Facebook to attract readers. Now the catch is that when I paste the permalink onto my facebook groups the featured image appears fine but once I hit the post button the featured image automatically changes to some random image. The description remains the same but the image changes and does not display the correct post image. I’d appreciate any feedback possible to correct this issue. I’d gladly appreciate it.
