 * I would like to know how to create a Facebook post that shows an image from the
   gallery.
 * Usually, if a website url is included in a Facebook post, Facebook automatically
   chooses an image from the website for the post.

 * For now you can use social share button in gallery lightbox. In close future 
   we have plans for huge update with alot of new functionality. One of the modules
   will be advanced social sharing. Please watch for updates.
