Facebook Popup Does but Shouldn't Appear

I only have 1 option chosen for facebook (Share my blog with friends) and youtube share buttons. Youtube works as expected, there is no pop-up when you hover over button and clicking it, will visit my youtube channel. With facebook button, when you hover, the pop-up appears with just the single action (to share with friends). Any reasons why this is happening? From what I understand of the plugin, there shouldn’t be any pop-up for buttons if there is only one action set-up?
