    Hi @bling007

I assume you are using the free version of our plugin.

The free version is not sending any IP information through the browser pixel to Facebook. We only add product information to the data that is sent to Facebook. So I guess that warning is a false positive.

In the screenshots there is not much that helps to identify why the warning has been issued.

If you can give us access to the Facebook events manager, then I’ll have a closer look. In that case send me an email to support@woopt.com

Yes, it is a clear false positive. Can it be fixed? I guess the URL Param needs to be tweaked a bit.

Our plugin doesn’t add anything to the URL. Maybe there is something that your shop adds to certain URLs that resemble an IP.

If you are sure that your shop is not adding any personally identifiable information (PII) to the URLs then I’d ignore that warning. I can assure you it’s not coming from our plugin.
