Since adding back Jetpack started sending the properties that had been lost, that makes it seems like jetpack is providing the microdata, and that facebook for woocommerce does not. Facebook has multiple methods for adding/updating catalog items, but the Facebook for WooCommerce extension does **not** utilize this method. It instead uses the [Batch API and Feed methods](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/384041892421495?id=725943027795860).
