    hi!

I have problems and i would like your help

    1.
in an old version of your plugin i had put the facebook pixel number.

Now I have checked on code of html pages that the facebook pixel ”is printed” by the plugin but on setting there is no option to remove it.

how to remove the facebook pixel from the plugin so that stop to ”print” as far as there is no option for that in settings?

    2

An other problem is when i try to refresh manually (update) my feed, it seems that it starts and suddenly stops and it says ”ready” without to refresh it.. and after 2-3 attempts then it works..

    Thank you in advanced

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    • I am not entirely sure what you mean by “is printed” but you can disable the Facebook pixel feature of our website by disabling this on the settings section of the plugin: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d9bqn0ctwyp8cfp/FB-pixel-disabled.png?dl=0
    • The manual refresh icon triggers an AJAX/jQuery request which in return starts the updating of the product feed. Depending on the performance of your server it could take a few seconds before the actual processing starts. When you hit the refresh icon and it jumps to ready immediately then just wait for some seconds and refresh your browser. You’ll find it shows ‘processing’ then

the problem is that THERE IS NO this option! That’s why i wrote here 🙁

    There are only:

-Use mother main image for variations
-Add shipping costs for all countries to feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only)
-Remove all other shipping classes when free shipping criteria are met (Google Shopping / Facebook only)
-Remove the local pickup shipping zone from feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only)
-Enable logging (Enable only on advice of our support-team):
-Content IDS variable products Facebook Pixel:
    -Add Google Dynamic Remarketing Pixel:
-Change products per batch number (Enable only on advice of our support-team): (Read more about this)

That is strange, on what version of the plugin are you?

Did you try another browser already and clear the caching of your browser?

Yes, i have tried at Firefox & chrome, but on setting doesn’t appear any setting about fb pixel

We’re a bit out of options here, none of our other users reported experiencing something similar nor can we reproduce this on our test websites.

As this only seems to happen to you it must be related to something that is unique in your WP settings…our guess is there is a possible conflict with another plugin you are using. I suggest you disable your other plugin’s one by one to see if all our plugin settings are showing when one of your other plugins is disabled.
