Facebook Pixel ID

    Just installed Pixel Caffeine for a client and have their Facebook Ad Account number but apparently they don’t have the right Facebook Pixel ID you are asking for. How to get the one you require? Thanks

    Hi,

    firstly, maybe the ID number you are referring to is the Ad Account ID of your facebook, but you need the Facebook Pixel ID. You need to create it to have the ID. See here to know how to: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/952192354843755

    After this, you can connect the plugin in two different ways:
    1) Manually, by adding the Facebook Pixel ID in the specific option of General Settings; you can get the ID from Facebook Ads Manager or Facebook Business directly;
    2) Automatically, by making the facebook login from general settings; after that, you will able to select the facebook Ad account and then the Facebook Pixel associated, without looking for it somewhere 🙂
