    Hi,

We have an article about this here: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/no-facebook-pixel-why

These are the most common reasons:

    1. Cache: it’s possible that you see some older version of your pages. Delete your cache.

    2. Excluded role: the plugin allows you to exclude some roles from tracking (admin, shop manager, etc). Make sure you don’t test with an excluded role.

    3. Ad blocker: most ad blockers will stop the pixel from sending any data.

    4. JS errors: our plugin uses JS, so if there’s another plugin generating a JS error this can be a problem. Check your browser’s console.

    5. Others: wrong pixel ID, privacy settings on your Facebook account.

Hello, Thank you for your support
when I’m on my site. the facebook helper icon indicates:

    One pixel found on ….

    Facebook Pixel …..
    Pixel ID: my ID

    Hi,

That message means that the pixel doesn’t work. If you click on it you’ll get some more info.

I can’t tell you why this happens, it depends. If you give me your site URL I can take a look.

Possible reasons: wrong pixel ID, some JS errors, old cache, ad blocker, privacy settings, cookie consent set-up, just to name a few.

If you click for more details (as mentioned earlier), you’ll see that the pixel ID is invalid. So this is your problem.

I also noticed that you don’t use our plugin, but something else. If you want to benefit from our features (and our support), you should implement the pixel using PixelYourSite.
