facebook pixel causing slow page load

    Hi FB pixel is slowing page load.

    i have used meta pixel for wordpress pluging.

    i would like the pixel to load last if that is possibel.

    I did some more tweeking and cleared the cache and its a lot better now, but would still like to know if there is a solution 😀

    Ask Facebook to load pixel faster… Sorry, there is no solution for it, because you can’t influence external requests. You can only try to use “Load JS Deferred” in Page Optimization -> JS Settings, but this affects all Javascripts sources.

    NOTICE: “delayed” option could cause new issues you don’t like to get!

    is there a plugin that will load the pixel in the footer, rather than the header?

    Not the position in page matters. It’s the time when it’s loaded.
