    Hi @changlee1337 ,

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

Once you do that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Hi @changlee1337,

Based on what the site’s System Status Report (SSR) reveals, and the information that the Facebook Pixel Helper extension provides, I suggest checking out this section in the documentation, titled “Some events are not triggering with caching plugins (Breeze, SG Optimizer, Asset CleanUp, etc). How can I fix this?“.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.

    Hello,
I deactivated all the caching plugins.

The problem is that the events are triggering correctly through “browser events”
    but not through “Server events”.
The server events registers random high numbers like 100+ when i barely even get 5 events.

From what I understand, you were able to successfully submit the support request ticket, and were able to see the confirmation message on that screen. Correct?

For the support ticket number, feel free to check in your email account’s inbox, and, just to make sure, SPAM folders.

Let us know how that goes.
