Facebook pictures not showing

I have entered the shortcode and all that comes up is the Name of the person to whom the Facebook ID is linking. Nothing else. No pictures (or anything else) is pulling through. Please advise as I am testing the free version for a client (who requires Youtube etc which only comes with premium) but if I cant get it to work on a basic level with Facebook, am obviouisly not going to buy the premium.
