Facebook permissions

Hi
I am having problems getting the plugin to connect to the Facebook business page. I can see the pixel, catalog, page etc and I have set the required permission to yet. All seems to go fine and then I get the Opps something went wrong. I see on another thread you said:
Facebook recently made a change so that their permissions settings are now off by default, causing things to fail unless you change the page permissions.
Can you tell me is that a setting I need to change on my Facebook settings or where do I set that?
