Facebook pages post sharing missing thumbnail sometimes

This seems to be an issue on Facebook’s end, particularly if the image/file name contains special characters.

So, please rename the image with plain English and use the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool to check if it works.

To rename your media and files, you may try using a plugin like Media File Renamer, which you can find here- https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/rename/

As a precaution, creating a complete backup of your site and database is highly recommended before making any changes.

You can add Open Graph meta tags, which are used when content is shared on social media, by going to All in One SEO » Social Networks » Facebook and Twitter tab.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over Facebook or any other social media platform. Our SEO plugin complies with the Open Graphs protocol (https://ogp.me/), which social media platforms like Facebook use to allow any webpage to turn into a rich object in a social graph. We hope that Facebook will investigate this problem and resolve this in the future.
