    Hi Levente,

Just fill in everything required for a product, and all will be automatically been taken care of :).

But to be more precise, in order of priority:
    Title:
    1. Custom SEO Title.
    2. Product Title.

    Description:
    1. Custom SEO Description.
    2. Short Product Description (trimmed to 155 chars).
    3. Product Editor (content) field (trimmed to 155 chars + description additions)

    Image:
    1. Product Image
    2. Product Gallery (added together with Product Image, more tags are output)

I hope this helps! Best of luck with your website :).

    Hi!

    Thanks for the help.

So as a default the 1. items are placed in the og tag right?

We use different images for the Facebook og share image than the product image. This is because we use a separate layout and size.

With Yoast right now we can set a specific Social Sharing data for every post. As I see it is not possible with your plugin right now.
Are you planning to add this feature?

    Thanks,
    Levetne

    Hi Levente/Levetne (now I’m confused)! 🙂

The rules are set in order of priority, so the 1. items are placed in the OG tags, if available; otherwise it will fall back to 2., 3., etc.

I understand that there are differences with various social platforms regarding the images. This is currently planned as a free extension.
A lot more is planned as well for WooCommerce :).

The extension platform is something I’m currently working on, and I hope to have it all released (including the image editor) before the end of August.

In the meantime, if you wish, you can view a compatible list of Open Graph plugins here that works together with The SEO Framework. I believe some do require manual input and allow manual images.

This plugin has provided extra compatibility with The SEO Framework as well, but I haven’t tried it out myself (yet) :).

I hope this helps, stay tuned!

The extension platform sounds like a great idea!

I will be looking forward to it!

Keep up the good work 😉
