    Hi there, I seem to have a problem with my Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. Initial sync was done on 11 May and all products loaded correctly.

    I have added a number of products subsequently but they don’t seem to be loading and I’m not sure why.

    If I go to Intergations > FB for Woocommerce and then Manage Connections, it tells me that my page is already connected to a shop, etc. and the only option is to Remove the connection.

    I don’t want my product tags on FB/IG to be removed.

    Please urgently advise how I go about resolving this. I have submitted a query on your site as well.

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    It sounds like Facebook may no longer be successfully updating your shop with your WooCommerce products. When Facebook is looking to update your products in your Facebook shop, it reaches out to your site and asks for a product “feed file”, which our plugin generates for Facebook.

    To be sure all of your products are being added, would you please compare your WooCommerce products to the feed file? You can find the feed file via FTP in your site under /wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce/ and it is a CSV that starts with “product_catalog”.

    We may need to look at a couple of different things here to see where the issue is coming from, but we can start there.

    We all have the same problem.

    @zedshift1 can you please check if your new products are in your catalog on your business manager?

    If yes, please check the visibility of your products. Is it set to “staging”?

    If yes that’s the same problem that we all have 🙂

    Thanks for jumping in here and adding that advice. Checking to see if the products are set to “staging” is also a good thing to look at!

    Are you still having this issue? Or were you able to get your products all squared away?
