Facebook Meta Tags Populating Incorrectly

Hi all, I’m using the Facebook AWD plugin to set custom meta tags for all my posts and pages which are working perfectly fine. The problem I have is on my homepage where I have two posts with their own share to facebook links (Picture of layout). They are two different posts with different content but when I click share to facebook, it pulls the same meta tag data. Now if I go in and view the posts individually and hit share, it populates with the correct information. Can anyone offer some insight? Thanks!
