 * I have customised the facebook Message text Format but when posting to facebook
   it uses the default Message text Format text. Is this a known bug?

 * Changing the “Message text Format” in the settings affects only new posts. All
   posts created or scheduled before the change will be posted/reposted in the old
   format.

 * Is there a way to change the message text format to be bold for Facebook
 * the format is:
    %TITLE% %EXCERPT%
 * When it posts on facebook i want the title to appear in bold
