Facebook like button problem

So,let’s take one of my pages.
This one: http://www.clarvazatoareamarinescu.com/clarvazator-marinescu-despre/
If you go to the bottom you’ll see the like button above the others(a week ago it was in line with the others).How I can put it back how it was.
And another thing,because of the like button that seciton(with social media buttons)is refereshing.
I want to put the like button to the beggining of the page,but if I do that,it’ll reload my entire page,not a full reload,check my page and scrool fast to the end to see what I’m talking about.
