Facebook Like button not showing up

I have set up social locker and all is good but I have noticed that when I am not logged into my Facebook account the like button doesn’t show up in the plugin. Google is good and shows up but not Facebook. I log into my account then refresh the page and the like button shows up.

I have tried to change the Facebook API version in global settings with no change to this issue.
