Facebook for Woocommerce won’t connect to my FB page

I’m trying to use the Facebook for Woocommerce plug in to connect my store to Facebook. When I follow the steps, I select my business manager (my personal facebook page) and then the 2 different facebook business pages I manage come up. I try to select the correct one and I get an error message saying “Something went wrong – this page is unavailable at the moment.”
The facebook page is working fine, and Facebook’s support team suggested I clear my cache and browsing history, restart my computer and try again. That didn’t make any difference.
Help! I can’t even get through this first step!
