    Good day everyone!

    I want to setup Facebook for WooCommerce. The process errors at the latest step. See screenvideo

    Errors both with and without the Maintenance plugin.

    What can I do?

    Thanks so much for including a screen recording showing the error message. We have a snippet that will give us some additional error information, which may give us a better indication as to what might be happening here. Can you please add the following snippet to your site and attempt to connect to Facebook again? If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, here is some information as to how to do it. Personally, I like the free Code Snippets plugin method.

    Here is the snippet:

    add_filter( ‘wc_facebook_connection_proxy_url’, function() { return ‘https://wc-connect-test.skyverge.com/auth/facebook/’;} );

    Once the snippet is in place and you have had a chance to try to connect to Facebook again, would you please send along any additional error messages that show?

    Things went slightly better (I got further), but now I get this error from Woocommerce:

    Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook!

    Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the page found when you go into your Business Manager settings and click Users > System Users > Partner Created System User?

    Where can I find my “Business Manager”? You mean on facebook or in Woocommerce?

    Hi there @hallpick,

    Your Business Manager is on Facebook, and you should be able to find it by going to https://business.facebook.com.

    You should be able to see your system users at this link: https://business.facebook.com/settings/system-users

    Would you please let me know if you run into any issues accessing the Business Manager?

    At the same page (Business Settings > System Users > Partner Created System User), could you please click Add Assets and add your Facebook page, then try connecting again?

    I’m sorry to hear that the error is still persisting. I’d be happy to help you continue troubleshooting if you’d like, though it sounds like from this message you are no longer interested in using the plugin, in which case I understand.
