  • Hi @griotta!

Thanks for reaching out with your question, I’m happy to help out. 🙂

What this indicates is that your setup for Facebook for WooCommerce isn’t complete, at least in terms of what the plugin would expect. Since you’re managing things manually through another method, which isn’t what the plugin thinks is going to happen, that’s why this keeps appearing.

That said, I’ve gone ahead and made a note for my team, describing your situation, to see if we can dismiss it permanently going forward. Really appreciate your feedback here!

In the meantime, you may be able to hide it using CSS, though you may end up accidentally hiding other notices. If you choose to use CSS to hide this, please exercise caution.

Does that help out at all, Giulio? Please do let me know if you have any other questions for me.

    Thanks so much,

    Julie 🙂

I prefer do not to hide it with CSS. As you told it could be dangerous! I prefer to wait that your team will fix it.

    Thanks!

    Hey @griotta,

    Totally understand!

I’ve already left a note for my team about this and it’s pending review by our product team. Once they have a chance, they’ll look over this request and see if it’s something they’d like to include. If it is, it’ll get scheduled, though I can’t promise a timeline here.

In the meantime, you might want to look into a plugin at wordpress.org that could hide notices — although you may run into the same issues that hiding it with CSS could cause. Still, there might be a plugin out there that allows you to hide specific notices.

Is there anything else I can help out with here, Giulio? Please don’t hesitate to let me know.

    Grazie!

    Julie 🙂

    Hey @griotta,

Great, thanks so much for your patience. I’d encourage you to reach out again for updates going forward.

For the time being, I’ll resolve this thread because our team is aware of the issue and we’re tracking it.

    Thanks so much!

    Julie 🙂
