Facebook Feed Error -Unsupported get request

Hi,
I like your plugin want to use on wordpress web site for facebook and instagram but i get error message on feeds tab for facebook 🙁

when i use facebook nickname or id
Plugin received next error message from network API for this feed:
Unsupported get request.

My Facebook auth settings is looks ok
On my facebook page settings
Apps and web page
Flow-Flow Social Stream App is active

Page visibility option is set to Page published.

There is no problem on instagram looks great.
Can you help me please?
