I’ve tried all the suggestions on other threads but my events feed isn’t working.

Can you advise what else I need to do to get this fixed please?

    Thanks.

You may need to refetch an access token from the page you are trying to display. Clear the old token out and save the page before trying to refetch the new access token just in case. To set it go to the Facebook options page under the Feed Them tab when logged into your WordPress dashboard. NOTE: You must have access to a Facebook account that has admin privileges to the Page that has the events feed you are trying to display.

Be sure to clear the cache after doing so by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

OK, I’ve deleted token. Saved. Cleared cache. Saved. Fetched new token. Saved. Created shortcode.

    Still not working 🙁

    Any other ideas?

Did you also try deleting the cache from your W3 Total Cache plugin?

    Yes. I’ve tried different combinations.

If you would like to email us at support @ slickremix.com and include the access token you are trying to use along with the shortcode we would be glad to take a closer look. It seems a few others are having this issue too, but in our tests even today we were able to create an event on our facebook page and it returned ok in our feed. So at least we have some positive news here. Hopefully it’s just something small 🙂

No need to reply, just making a note for others who may come across this. We have made a post regarding this subject here. https://www.slickremix.com/facebook-api-changes-on-april-4th-2018/
