Facebook events feed – approved app?

    Hi guys,

    As we know, Facebook events feeds aren’t working.

    I have read https://www.slickremix.com/facebook-api-changes-on-april-4th-2018/ which says that “Facebook has effectively cut off the group endpoints and it is required you get an app approved to display events”

    We purchased this plugin purely to show a Facebook events feed – that’s all we use it for.

    My question is: do you plan to have the app approved? If so, what is the timeframe?

    @swac We do have a new app submitted but we are not going to pursue the events feed as an option I don’t believe since over the last 5 years it has been quite troublesome. Facebook makes it difficult in many cases where they won’t show the event if it has say a timeframe of more than one day or if it’s shared by another person, many other complications I won’t trouble you with.
