Support » Plugin: Custom Facebook Feed » Facebook does not like non-profit organisations

  • It is a shame that the Facebook pluging must now be paid to provide basic functions like showing at least miniature pictures and video on the Facebook plugin display.

WE are NON PROFIT organisations and UNABLE to pay for the PRO plugin

    Shame on Facebook

    Hi @jawallef,

Thanks for the feedback, but just to clarify; we are not affiliated with Facebook in any way. We are simply a small plugin development company who provide an independent plugin for the Facebook platform. We have a free version of the plugin here on WordPress.org which has some limitations, and we then sell a Pro version on our website with some additional features. We have to reserve some features for the Pro version in order to allow us to continue updating the free plugin and supporting users for free.

Many of our customers are non-profits and we are certainly always willing to work with these organizations in regards to price, as we understand that they have financial constraints and many of them do great work for causes that we’d like to support.

If you have any other feedback or any questions at all then don’t hesitate to let me know, and I hope you’re having a good weekend.

    John
