I am not sure why you marked this question as resolved, but it is not. Like I told you above, I did exactly what your video tutorial suggested and it didn’t work. Plus, I waited 2 days, just to be sure.
Now, I deleted my old app and created a new one (doing this for 3rd time already). I will wait some time again (as the count is still 0), but I doubt something will change, as I am doing the exactly same steps over and over again…
Go to System Status and click in the “Get System Report”. Copy the file content, then save using the pastebin.com and send me here the URL.

@kpeu3e do you have permissions to access that Facebook Page? Or is a restricted page? Or created the APP with an account that is not page admin?

I created the app with my account. It’s the same account I created that Facebook Page with. I have permissions to access it, yes.

I remember que Facebook takes a long time to activate enquiry.c the API for new pages, have at least 2 years since I’ve seen anyone with a problem like that, so I thought that Facebook had changed something, but I think that may be your problem, since I just test and is working.

@kpeu3e Facebook should be returning the correct values, since it returns the correct for my App.
Try another page to check if your App is working properly, you can test using the WordPress page.
I’m having the same issue, but my page isn;t new and I have 5k likes, my counter only displays 1. I followed the steps you said 3 times already and none of them worked. Thanks for the help.
