Facebook comments for WP Plugin href parameter

    Under the Facebook comment field at the bottom of my post I have a
    pink message box that says:

    The comments plugin requires an href parameter.

    What does this mean? The comments do not appear to be working.
    I am using plugin version 3.1.3 which is the latest as far as I am aware.

    I have been to the plugin site and got instructed to ask here.
