Hi, did anybody managed to have facebook comments and their counts in theme? I tried this solution (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-display-the-facebook-comment-count-in-wordpress-theme/), but I could not get comments count to work.

I like how comments are styled in theme but still facebook comments are more social and I think this is the way to go.

So if anybody managed it, please let me know how did you do that and which plugin did you use. It will be helpful for more people. Thanks guys.

Why keep up with just the FB comments just a extra load on your database?

I would say go with Jetpack plugin forget about the comment count and use a better availability of letting people have different ways to use the comments on site period.

    Jetpack Comments:
Jetpack Comments enables your visitors to use their WordPress.com, Twitter, or Facebook accounts when commenting on your site.

    best plugin ever

It is very easy to setup use only the options you want it has a variety as you can see in the demo if i can be of help let me know the Jetpack support is good also. The schedule post and Publicize are excellent features to publish to your FB and twitter pages the most popular social sites anyways.

Helps me tremendously my site opened Feb 5th 2013 in less than 60days i have climbed from bottom world ranking 30+million to 1.9million in the world and 268,000 in the US already. Running a news and historical archive site this allows me to set up the post ahead of time and they publish out to my FB - Twitter followers also, being 1 author no better solution.
