Facebook & Calendar URL Problem

    Is anyone else having a problem with adding the URL for Single Event details to their status on Facebook? When I try to add the url to an event with the generated code (url), it just shows a LOT of info about multiple calendar events and calendar related labels.

    The calendar works fine on my website. Anyone have an idea what I may be missing here?

    Can you provide an example of the URL you’re adding to Facebook?

    Hey Joe,
    Thanks for the help! You should have an email sent from my install as well… email begins with clace

    The url is just my domain name/events/?mc_id=5

    I don’t appear to have a request from you anywhere; I can’t find it at any rate. Sometimes they don’t show up; I don’t know why. Can you re-send?

    Hey, Lace – I’ve responded to your support request; but I believe what’s happening is that Facebook is using the canonical URL supplied by WordPress instead of the URL you’re sending. I’m adding a function to My Calendar so that it will provide a custom canonical URL for event pages.
