Facebook Button Not Showing

    Hey,

    I am having an issue where the FB Like button doesn’t show at all. It appears briefly when the site is loading, but when finished, it disappears. Twitter and Google+ are working fine. I am on WP 3.6 with v1.1.5 of the plugin. The following errors are showing in dev tools.

    The “fb-root” div has not been created, auto-creating all.js?ver=3.6:56
    FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init(). all.js?ver=3.6:56

    Any ideas?
