    Hi!

    Adding facebook username breaks the coupon box. Like icon is not shown and the “YOUR COUPON CODE” box dissapears. Error also appears in the box preview and website also.

    Hi @shauntraining,

    I am sorry that we haven’t replied to you for a long time. I would like to update on this support ticket so other users know how it’s going on.

    You cannot add facebook username in the field. Your username identifies who you are, but what we need to connect to your account is your Facebook ID. Check this out on how to find the facebook ID https://www.facebook.com/help/1397933243846983?helpref=faq_content

    When you insert the correct facebook Id, the coupon box will display properly in the box preview and website too.

    Latest version has been carefully tested and the described error is not found. Kindly re-try the plugin and let me know if it works on your end. Comment here or leave us an email at hi@beeketing.com for more help.
