# Facebook API Status

 * Hey there,
 * I just installed this Plugin and configured everything needed (Facebook API Settings,
   Facebook Synced Feeds). I also checked, that the Facebook App is active and the
   target Facebook page ([https://www.facebook.com/iwtinno/](https://www.facebook.com/iwtinno/))
   is public and without any restrictions like age or country.
 * Than I generated the shortcode and implemented into a test page… it was empgy
   space without any content. Also the Plugin Status doesn’t look very good, Loaded
   Profile ID and Loaded Test Profile ID are failed.
 * I dont know at the moment what to do next? Did I miss something or why it isn’t
   working?
 * Thx for your help in advance!
