Facebook and Thumnails of sharing Photos

If you try and share on Facebook, you will notice that there are no thumbnails that you can attach for the page, only a blank silhouette.

I think I added something with Google+ because I was able to share on Facebook beforehand with the thumbnail of the featured image. Now I can’t.

Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
