 * Hello,
 * I am marketing director with 20 years experience. and I would like to have a 
   feature request, and let me know know whether you would like to do it.
 * 1. Coupon code is for promotion purpose. but Fans code is Hungry marketing purpose.
   but I think they are actually same in technical. but they are totally different
   with different name in online Marketing concept.
 * 2. Only those user who apply for a coupon code(Fans code) would probably get 
   a fans code, it is up to administrator decision upon whether release one code
   to applicant.
 * 3. In case of short inventory, only the user who has a fans code will be allowed
   to purchase product, or get discount if not short inventory. Thoese rules should
   be custom by coupon rules.
 * 4. In user account page, Fan code and “Apply button” should be displayed.
 * Is that possible?
